SOURCING

We make every attempt to source items primarily from King, Skagit, and Snohomish counties from farmers we know.  We will occasionally venture into other parts of Washington for a special orchard fruit, heirloom tomato, or peppers that thrive in hotter, dryer climates.    In the winter months (Feb and Mar), there have been a few instances when we've needed to source from Oregon because the weather has wiped out a Washington crop.  We'll be transparent about when that happens.

Our wine is strictly West Coast and always organic with minimal intervention and additions.
