General Delivery & Pick-up FAQs

  • What’s your delivery area? 
    • We deliver within Seattle city limits.  If your mailing address is a “Seattle” address, we will deliver there!
  • Do you charge a delivery fee?
    • Delivery is a flat $5.00 .  Local pick-up is free. 
  • I live outside of Seattle and I want to order a Farm Box.  Do you have a pick-up location?
    • Yes! You can pick-up your Kinfood Farm Box at Cone & Steiner in Pioneer Square at 135 S King St, Seattle, WA 98104.on Fridays between 12 noon and 7:00 p.m.
  • How am I notified when my Farm Box has been delivered or is ready for pick-up?
    • On Friday morning, you will receive a notification with an estimated time window for delivery or when your Farm Box will be ready for pick-up.  Once it’s been delivered or dropped off, you will get a confirmation text and photo.
  • What if there is a problem with my order or delivery?
    • If there are any problems, please email us at hello@Kinfoodco.com and we’ll respond quickly. 
  • How do I return my Kinfood insulated bag?
    • Please leave your Kinfood insulated bag out at your next delivery and our driver will pick it up when they leave your next order.  You can also drop it off at Cone & Steiner in Pioneer Square at 135 S King St, Seattle, WA 98104.

FAQ for Pick-up at Cone & Steiner

 

  • How do I arrange to pick-up my Farm Box order at Cone & Steiner?
    • On the last checkout page, click the drop down arrow to select Local Pick-up and then select “Cone & Steiner”.
      • Where and how do I pick-up my bag at Cone & Steiner?
        • Kinfood Farm Boxes will be kept just to the left of the entrance when you first walk into the store.  You'll see the Kinfood insulated bags on the built-in shelf.
      • Is there a charge for local pick-up?
        • Local pick-up is free!
      • How am I notified when my Farm Box has been delivered or is ready for pick-up?
        • On Friday morning, you will receive a notification with an estimated time window for when your Farm Box will be ready for pick-up.  Once it’s been dropped off, you will get a confirmation text and photo.
      • How do I make sure I have my Farm Box and my complete order?
        • Look for your name, clearly marked on a tag attached to a handle.
        • If you have more than one bag to pick-up, the tags will indicate that you have multiple bags For example: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3, etc. These will be highlighted so it hopefully won’t be easy to miss, but please double check before you leave.
      • Can I leave my Kinfood insulated bags from weeks past at Cone & Steiner?
        • Yes, and thanks! A labelled box for empty Kinfood insulated bags will be at the bottom of the built in shelf. 
      • Where can I park to get my Farm Box?
        • You can pull up right in front of Cone & Steiner in the Loading Zone.   If you need additional groceries, you can save time by shopping online and selecting “pick-up” to get any additional ingredients you might need and you’ll be in and out, ready to make your delicious Kinfood recipes!
      • How do I get 10% off my grocery List when I shop at Cone & Steiner?
        • Show your order confirmation to the checkout counter and your discount will be given on your groceries. 
      • What if there is a problem with my Farm Box when I pick-up at Cone & Steiner?
        • If there is any problem with your Farm Box order (missing items, quality, etc), please contact hello@kinfoodco.com and we will reply within a very short time to help resolve the problem.
