Häxan Ferments' Jyunmai Sake Rice Vinegar Jessica Huszar has a background in molecular biology and is drawn to the complexities of fermentation. Her rice vinegar made with Seattle-brewed Tahoma Fuji Sake. Bright and light with funky floral sake notes and clean acidity at the finish. Try in marinades and pickling!
Mother Tongue's Green Chutney Sharada Rayan is a powerhouse chef who LOVES feeding people. This green chutney is a unique blend, created by the help of her sister and calls back to her mother’s Sri Lankan/Malaysian roots.
