Local, award winning raclette made by Fantello Creamery is the epitome of decadence. A semi-hard washed rind Tomme melts beautifully, with a buttery, milky, grassy and nutty flavor profile. It is a delicious friend to many of the winter items found in your Kinfood bags, like salted and boiled potatoes or rutabaga, pickles, sauteed mushrooms, and sliced apples or pears.
Comes in a 8 oz wedge, a generous portion for a 2-person raclette feast.

Salt Blade Salami
Perfect your happy hour game or to sling along on your outdoor adventures. Pair it with local cheese and natural wine from the shop and call it dinner. Salt Blade salami is made from pork from nearby Olsen Farms in Colville, WA. You may recognize Olsen's potatoes from the farmers markets! Their Berkshire, Duroc, and Tamworth pigs feed on the barley that grows abundantly on their land. They also keep a herd of 100% grass fed cows. Though not certified organic, they use only organic practices.
Salt Blade salami is handmade and fermented in Seattle using the same practices that have been used for centuries.
Martha Stoumen, Post Flirtation White Blend 2019
33% Colombard, 26% Marsanne, 23% Roussanne, 18% Muscat blanc California
This mineral driven wine gives off aromas of fresh ocean air, white pepper and kiwi. A beautifully light body that complements a variety of foods from Dim Sum to oysters. At only 9.5% alcohol, this one is great from brunch to aperitif to dinner and after. Take me anywhere!
Enjoy with citrusy fennel salad with herbs, delicata squash sprinkled with pistachio and pomegranate, glazed turnips, anything a lil’ salty.
Drink whensoaking up sunny days at the park, phonebanking, weekends at the lodge watching the glistening snow fall through rays of sunshine, baking cookies (because why not), and post Zoom yoga.
Loop de Loop, White Blend Columbia Gorge 2019
The White Field Blend from Loop de Loop Winery is one of our staff favorites. It's light enough to serve alongside a hearty meal, but also has enough body to stand alone. Bring along on a snowy adventure and serve as part of a raclette spread.
This wine is grown from grapes of the Acadia Vineyard with gorgeous views of Mt. Hood and the Columbia Gorge. It is made of cool-climate grapes including Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, and Riesling. Perched in the Columbia Gorge, this South facing vineyard gently slopes downwards from an elevation of 1,500 ft. It is interplanted with orchard fruit from which it expresses the pear blossom and crisp apple character.
