Signe's Grilled Sourdough with Honey Whipped Goat Cheese & Fresh Peaches

Whipped Goat Cheese 

Yields approximately 1 cup 

Ingredients

6oz plain goat cheese (chevre) 
3-4 tablespoons plain unsweetened yogurt (I like sheep’s milk) 

Method

In the bowl of a food processor, combine cheese and 3 tablespoons of yogurt. Whip until desired consistency is achieved, adding additional tablespoon of yogurt if you’d like it a little creamier. 

Note: for a sweet cheese, add in 2-3 teaspoons honey. 

Grilled Sourdough with Honey Whipped Goat Cheese & Fresh Peaches 

Serves 1 

Ingredients

1 slice grilled or toasted sourdough
Honey Whipped Goat Cheese (recipe above)
Fresh peaches, sliced thin 
Basil or mint
Olive oil 
Flaky sea salt 

Method

Spread goat cheese on grilled or toasted bread, top with peaches, basil or mint, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with flaky salt. Enjoy!
